The building,  where there are two offices on the ground and first floors as well as five apartments, has been designed by the ENTASIS design office and executed by the company ENGHOLM.

On the second floor, the largest (175 square meters) apartment is situated, with spacious roof terraces on both sides. The 3rd and 4th floors are divided into two smaller apartments. The walls and the ceilings are cast in concrete in situ. All the window openings are framed with black aluminum, protruding far off the façade as well as inside, which makes the glass look more transparent. Fresh, pure and simple oak wood on the floor. The apartments on the higher floors are designed similarly, with glass walls on one side and built-in black closets and kitchen cabinets. Large mirrors make the apartments more spacious and we may watch the sun set even while cooking. This is all one uncompromising solution, the super aesthetic  apartments surely not being aimed to suit any possible taste.
